It’s thought of as wholesome, a precondition or support of fertility. It’s neutral with a hint of warmth, almost inert – lighter and more casual than black. Despite the fact that it is found year round, it is strongly associated with autumn. Although it comes in a dizzying array of permutations, encompassing most warm colors with low levels of saturation from near white to near black, it is nonetheless perceived as simple.
